Description:

The RN Critical Care Emergency Room Nurse provides immediate care to critically ill patients in the emergency department. This role requires advanced clinical skills to manage life-threatening medical conditions and traumatic injuries. The nurse will be expected to assess, intervene, and stabilize patients while working with a multidisciplinary team. Weekend and holiday shifts are part of the requirements for this role.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of critical care or emergency room experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• TNCC certification is preferred.
• Proficient in trauma care, patient stabilization, and emergency interventions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work in high-pressure environments.
