Description:

The RN Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse provides specialized care for newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. This role involves caring for premature infants and those with complex medical conditions, ensuring they receive the highest quality care. The nurse will perform assessments, manage ventilators and other life-sustaining equipment, and provide family support and education. Applicants should have Level III NICU experience and NRP Advanced certification.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of Level III NICU experience.
• NRP Advanced certification required.
• Experience with ventilators, incubators, and other neonatal equipment.
• Proficiency in EPIC for patient documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with families and multidisciplinary teams.
