Description:

The RN Telemetry and Recovery Nurse provides specialized care for patients recovering from surgery or medical procedures while under telemetry monitoring. This role involves conducting post-operative assessments, managing vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring safe recovery. The nurse will work closely with the surgical and medical teams to address any complications and provide patient education on post-recovery care. BLS, ACLS, and CPI Verbal Intervention certifications are required.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in recovery and telemetry nursing.
• Expertise in post-operative care, telemetry monitoring, and patient assessments.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and CPI Verbal Intervention Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and family education.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage patient care in a fast-paced environment.
