Description:

The RN Pre/Post Op Nurse is responsible for preparing patients for surgeries and other medical procedures, providing care before and after the intervention. This includes monitoring vital signs, assisting with anesthesia administration, and ensuring smooth recovery in the post-op phase. The nurse will also provide patient education and discharge instructions. Weekend on-call duties are part of this role.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with pre- and post-operative nursing experience.
• Experience in monitoring patients before and after surgical procedures.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia, recovery protocols, and pain management.
• Ability to provide patient education and emotional support.
• Flexible to take on-call weekend shifts.
