RN Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse

Description:
The RN Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse assists during minimally invasive procedures such as catheter placements, biopsies, and other diagnostic or therapeutic interventions. The nurse will monitor patients during the procedures, manage sedation, and provide post-procedure care. The role also involves educating patients and their families. On-call availability, weekends, and holiday coverage may be required.

Mandatory Skills:

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of experience in interventional radiology.
Expertise in assisting with catheterization, diagnostic imaging, and sedation management.
Ability to monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families.
Must be flexible with on-call shifts and weekend rotations.
