RN IMCU Nurse

Description:
The RN IMCU Nurse provides care to patients who require monitoring and interventions but are not critically ill enough to be in an ICU. The role involves managing patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac and pulmonary issues, and assisting with their recovery. The nurse will monitor vital signs, administer treatments, and provide education to patients and families. Night shifts and weekends are required.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of IMCU or step-down experience.
• Proficient in monitoring patients with cardiac drips and other complex treatments.
• Ability to assess patients and manage care plans.
• Skilled in patient and family communication and education.
• Flexibility for night shifts and weekend work.
