Description:
The RN CVICU Nurse specializes in providing care to patients recovering from cardiovascular surgery and those in critical condition due to heart disease. This role includes monitoring cardiovascular health, administering medications, and assisting with the management of life-supporting equipment. The nurse will work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery and provide education to patients and families. The role requires availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 3+ years of experience in a cardiovascular ICU.
• Proficient in managing complex cardiovascular cases, including heart surgery recovery.
• Ability to use advanced monitoring and life-supporting equipment.
• Strong communication skills for educating patients and families.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
