Description:

The RN Rehabilitation Nurse specializes in providing nursing care to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic illnesses in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting. This role involves developing and executing rehabilitation plans, monitoring progress, and assisting patients in regaining mobility and independence. The nurse will work closely with physical and occupational therapists.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in rehabilitation nursing.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and care plans.
• Skilled in post-operative and post-acute care for patients with complex needs.
• Ability to assist patients with mobility and functional recovery.
• Experience in patient and family education regarding recovery goals.
