Description:

The RN Wound Care Nurse provides direct care to patients with a wide range of wound types. The nurse will assess the wound's severity, provide treatments, and monitor progress to ensure effective healing. Additionally, the nurse will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, offer patient education, and maintain detailed medical records for each case.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in wound care and treatment.
• Skilled in performing wound assessments and applying appropriate treatments.
• Strong ability to educate patients on wound care and prevention strategies.
• Experience in working with wound care management systems and electronic health records.
