Description:

The RN Wound Management Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive wound care to patients across various stages of healing. This role includes assessing wounds, implementing treatment protocols, and assisting with procedures such as debridement and dressing changes. The nurse will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure appropriate care for each patient and provide education on self-care techniques for wound prevention.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with wound management certification or training.
• Experience in wound assessment, care planning, and implementing treatments.
• Strong knowledge of wound care products, such as dressings, bandages, and antimicrobial agents.
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers on proper wound care techniques.
• Capable of documenting treatments and tracking wound progress.
