Description:

The RN Wound Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the wound care program and ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care for wound healing. This role includes evaluating wounds, collaborating with physicians for advanced treatments, and providing patient education on proper wound management. The nurse will also monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support throughout the healing process.
