Labor and Delivery Unit Nurse

Description:
The RN Labor and Delivery Unit Nurse provides expert care to women in labor, managing both low and high-risk deliveries. This role involves continuous monitoring of the mother and fetus, performing assessments, assisting with delivery procedures, and educating the family on labor and post-partum care. The nurse will be required to cover night shifts, weekend shifts, and holiday shifts as part of the rotation.

Mandatory Skills:

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience.
Expertise in labor management, fetal monitoring, and assisting with deliveries.
Experience with high-acuity patients and emergency interventions.
Ability to provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holiday rotations.

Pay:
Medium/High Range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
