Description:
The RN Labor and Delivery Nurse provides direct care to patients during labor and delivery, managing both routine and high-risk obstetric cases. This role involves monitoring the health of the mother and baby, administering medications, and supporting the labor process. The nurse will also be responsible for educating families, assisting with delivery procedures, and ensuring post-delivery care for both mother and newborn. Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holiday rotations is required.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Proficient in fetal monitoring, labor management, and delivery assistance.
• Ability to manage high-acuity obstetric cases.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:
Medium/High Range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
