Pay Rate: $55 - $63 per hour
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Every Other Weekend Required, Holidays As Needed, No On-Call)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans while collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Identify patient needs and prioritize care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care effectively.
• Document care based on standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and promote innovations in care delivery.
• Provide patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models.
• Float to various units as needed to support patient care needs.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in New Jersey or a Compact State License.
• BLS Certification (AHA required).
• Previous Telemetry or Acute Care experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
