Geriatric Care Nurse
Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide compassionate care to elderly patients, focusing on maintaining their quality of life. You will monitor patient health, assist with daily activities, administer treatments, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers. You will also educate patients and families on managing aging-related health concerns, and provide emotional support during difficult times.
Required Skills: Expertise in geriatric nursing, patient care coordination, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple patient needs in a structured environment.
Qualifications: RN with experience in geriatric care or long-term nursing care.
