Renal Dialysis Registered Nurse
Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for administering dialysis treatments to patients in acute renal failure. You will monitor patients throughout the treatment process, managing fluid balance, adjusting dialysis settings as necessary, and providing patient care. Additionally, you will assess patients before and after treatment, track their progress, and collaborate with the medical team to adjust care plans. You will also educate patients on dialysis techniques and lifestyle changes to support kidney function.
Required Skills: Expertise in dialysis care, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills in managing patient needs during dialysis.
Qualifications: RN with dialysis experience, certification in acute dialysis preferred.
