• Responsibilities: The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse is responsible for caring for critically ill or premature infants, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for neonates. Duties include monitoring and adjusting ventilator settings, administering intravenous medications, and performing routine assessments to track development and respond to any medical changes. You will also assist in educating families on neonatal conditions and treatment protocols.
• Required Skills: Expertise in neonatal intensive care, familiarity with ventilator management, compassionate patient and family support, teamwork and adaptability in high-stress environments.
• Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with NICU certification and experience in neonatal intensive care.
• Stipend: Total stipend of $120,000 annually.
