Job Title: Documentation Quality Analyst

Duties:

• Conduct detailed reviews of medical records to improve documentation quality and compliance.
• Provide feedback to healthcare providers on documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize EPIC and 3M tools to streamline documentation processes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to address documentation challenges.
• Track and report documentation improvement outcomes.

Skills Required:

• Strong command of EPIC and 3M platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical documentation and coding standards.

Education:

• BS degree required.
• Active license as an RN, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in hospital acute care or documentation improvement.
