Job Title: Nuclear Imaging Technologist
Duties:
Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine technologies.
Administer and track radiopharmaceuticals according to protocols.
Ensure equipment is functioning properly and perform routine maintenance.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to analyze and interpret imaging results.
Maintain thorough documentation for each procedure and adhere to quality standards.
Educate patients about nuclear medicine procedures and address any concerns.
Comply with all safety guidelines to minimize radiation exposure risks.
Skills Required:
At least 1 year of experience in nuclear imaging.
Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical preparation and safety practices.
Education:
NYSDOH license as a nuclear medicine technologist.
