Job Title: Revenue Cycle Investigator

Duties:

• Analyze and review patient accounts, ensuring accurate claim submissions.
• Address claim rejections and denials by implementing corrections and resubmitting promptly.
• Manage and post payments, adjustments, and refunds within the patient accounting system.
• Process pre-authorizations and document outcomes systematically.
• Generate and monitor patient and insurance aging reports, following up on overdue accounts.
• Provide billing support to patients, including arranging payment plans.
• Refer unresolved cases to supervisors and participate in training programs to enhance skills.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in paper and electronic claims processing and account auditing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Multilingual capabilities (English, Spanish, French preferred).

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; High School diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience acceptable.
