Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant – Physician Services (CWR)
Location: Neptune, NJ 07753

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends, holidays, or on-call)
• 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day

Job Summary:
The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) supports clinical care under a licensed medical professional and provides clerical office assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist patients during exams and record vital signs.
• Perform diagnostic and lab procedures (e.g., EKGs, phlebotomy).
• Maintain patient records and office systems.
• Ensure confidentiality and adapt care to patient needs.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED (Preferred: Medical Assistant program graduate).
• Certifications: AHA BLS and one of the following: CMA-NHA, CMA-NCCT, CMA-AAMA, RMA-AMT, RMA-NAHP, AMCA, or NCMA.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
