Job Title: Program Manager

  • Maintain project documentation such as project plans, issue logs, action items, meeting agendas, minutes, and other artifacts as required.
  • Collaborate with development teams to create design specifications based on business requirements, ensuring consistency and capturing global rules.
  • Experience coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist with end-user training and create training materials as needed.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 8 years of verifiable experience as a full-time delivery project manager or senior business analyst.
  • At least 4 years of verifiable experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice in large-scale environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience interviewing non-technical end-users to determine and document current business process flows.
  • At least 2 years of verifiable experience in Business Process Re-engineering.
  • Ability to transfer business analysis knowledge to staff members.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Attention to detail in tracking and managing requirement changes.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented, agile environment.
  • Proficiency with TFS (Team Foundation Server).
