Description:
A Physical Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement therapy programs following established procedures.
• Develop specific treatment goals in collaboration with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and discharge records.
• Attend clinics, rounds, and conferences to provide updates and patient information.
• Participate in staff education programs and train new team members.
• Serve as a clinical instructor for senior-level students.
• Support new program development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (B.S.).
• New York State Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment health clearance.
