Position: Technician - Medical / Surgical
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11215
Duration: 4 Months
Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (includes a 30-minute break)
Department: Medical Group

Additional Details: This position requires flexibility to work a 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule. The role is based at a high-volume clinical/procedural site with multiple physicians and providers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to physicians and clinical staff in a high-paced medical environment.
• Assist in preparing patients for procedures and examinations.
• Ensure the clinical area is maintained in an organized and efficient manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and workflow.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Medical Assistant (MA) certification (Required).
• One or more years of experience as a Medical Assistant (Preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (Required).
• Computer literacy (Required).
• Must adhere to uniform requirements of black or navy scrubs.
