Job Overview: 

• We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a trauma and neuro stepdown unit. This role involves providing care to patients recovering from traumatic injuries and neurosurgical procedures. 

Position Details: 

• Shifts Available: 4x12-hour shifts (days or nights) 

• Experience Required: Trauma or neurosurgical nursing experience preferred 

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW) 

• Travel Pairs: Flexible with shifts and units 

• First-Time Travelers: Approved 

Unit Overview: 

• This unit specializes in caring for patients recovering from trauma, neurosurgery, and other high-acuity conditions requiring stepdown care.
