Shift: Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00), Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Overview: 

• Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a surgical stepdown unit, focusing on post-surgical care for complex patients. This position offers a rotating day and night shift schedule, with a mix of surgical, trauma, and vascular cases. 

Position Details: 

• Shifts Available: 4x12-hour shifts (days or nights) 

• Experience Required: Surgical or trauma nursing experience preferred 

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW) 

• Travel Pairs: Must be adaptable to different shifts 

• First-Time Travelers: Approved 

Unit Overview: 

• The unit provides stepdown care for post-surgical patients, including those recovering from vascular surgeries, trauma cases, and neuro surgeries.
