Position Description:
This position provides desktop and end-user support, servicing approximately 4000 users. The role involves supporting the daily operations of various bureaus within the headquarters. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, in team environments, and possess advanced proficiency in a variety of IT platforms and technologies.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems, COTS applications, in-house applications, VPN and VDI connectivity, software removal and installation, hardware replacements, printer setups, basic networking issues, imaging desktops/laptops, and coordinating onsite repairs with vendors. Additionally, the role requires resolution of incident tickets and collaboration with other IT teams and vendors, including direct user support.
