Job Overview:

The Enterprise Architect 3 will provide advanced-level expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions. The role involves working closely with technical and project teams to secure applications, devices, and users. The architect must have in-depth knowledge of IAM tools, authentication protocols, and cloud-based solutions, particularly with Okta and SailPoint.


Required Qualifications:

YearsExperience

12 - Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, processes, and support, with leadership abilities.
- Advanced skills with IBM Security Identity Manager (ITIM/ISIM), IBM Security Access Manager (TAM/ISAM), or equivalent software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze problems and propose effective solutions.
- Experience with 24x7 Oncall rotation.
- Knowledge of IAM and LDAP best practices.
- Authentication and authorization for applications, devices, and users.
- Migrating users between directories.
- Proficiency in IAM design patterns, user lifecycle management, and application integration with IAM solutions.
10 - Designing, configuring, and implementing Okta solutions.
- Authentication methods like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Onboarding applications into Okta and implementing user lifecycle management.
- Implementing automation for Okta using tools like Jenkins.
- Experience in cloud-based solutions (AWS) and integration of Okta with multi-tenant environments.
- Expertise in end-to-end deployment of Okta and SailPoint.

12 - Exceptional communication skills for writing technical information, producing reports, and making public presentations.
- Experience with RSA IAM, Oracle IdM, WebSphere, Datapower, or LDAP repositories (AD, eDirectory).
- Skills in analyzing complex legislation, policy, and program operations for IAM projects.
- Strong skills with technologies like Java, JavaScript, HTML, Python, SQL, and Linux.
- Familiarity with LDAP tools (Softerra LDAP Browser, Apache Directory Studio, etc.).
10 - Integration of Okta with frameworks like Angular or ReactJS using JWT and OAuth.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD methodologies and containerized deployments.
8 - Experience with Federated Identity Manager, Tivoli Directory Integrator, or similar software.
- Working knowledge of application servers like WebSphere, JBoss, or equivalents.
- Agile development methodologies (preferably Scrum).

Security Certifications:

  • Preferred candidates hold security certifications that validate expertise in IAM, cloud-based solutions, and industry best practices.
