Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:
The Project Manager (PM) will lead the implementation and enhancement of an Extranet site, ensuring secure communication between users and stakeholders. The PM will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of a secure website solution for external stakeholders.
• Manage all project phases, including planning, design, testing, and implementation.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure project goals align with business needs.
• Track project progress, budget, and milestones.
• Report project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with IT project management standards.
• Manage issues and resolutions through a RAID log.
• Conduct training, presentations, and peer reviews.
• Ensure tasks align with strategic goals and provide value to the project.

Requirements:

• 7-9 years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• Strong skills in budgeting, communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Experience with web development implementation.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with government departments and health services programs.
• Background check required (PSP PATCH report).
