Patient Care: Provide high-quality care to patients in the MS/Tele unit, closely monitoring vital signs, and managing care plans for patients with a variety of medical conditions.
Telemetry Monitoring: Interpret and manage telemetry readings to detect abnormal heart rhythms and ensure patient safety and stability.
Collaboration: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare providers to ensure effective patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing is required.
Licensing/Certifications:
Valid North Carolina RN License or compact state license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
