Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D) CWR
Location: Hackensack, NJ 07601
Schedule: 36 hrs/week, 12 hrs/day, 3 days/week (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), Every Other Weekend, Holidays as Needed, No On-Call
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor & Delivery (L&D) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients, collaborating with physicians, and documenting nursing care. The RN will play a key role in developing and implementing care plans, ensuring evidence-based practices, and providing therapeutic interventions in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
• Document care in accordance with established standards.
• Advocate for evidence-based practices and innovative care delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D).
• At least 6 months of travel nurse experience in L&D (1 year preferred).
• EPIC experience preferred.
• BLS, NRP, and NJ RN License required.
• AWOHNN or NCC in fetal monitoring preferred.

Education:

• Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN).
• Preferred: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN).
