Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical Unit (Med/Surg) 
Location: New Jersey (Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties: 

Job Summary: 

The Med/Surg RN will provide care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. The RN will manage patient care, perform assessments, and implement therapeutic interventions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement and document care plans for Med/Surg patients. 

• Perform assessments and nursing interventions. 

• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 2+ years in Med/Surg or critical care nursing.
