Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Step Down Unit (SDU) 
Location: New Jersey (Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties: 

Job Summary: 

The RN in the Step Down Unit will provide care for patients transitioning from intensive care. They will perform assessments, implement care plans, and manage patient recovery through ongoing evaluations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop care plans for patients in recovery from critical conditions. 

• Perform regular assessments and interventions. 

• Document patient progress and care outcomes. 

• Float to various units based on hospital needs. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 2+ years in Step Down or critical care, Med/Surg experience.
