Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) 
Location: New Jersey (Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties: 

Job Summary: 

The ICU RN evaluates patients, implements care plans, and coordinates treatment based on the patient's needs. The RN will ensure optimal care through assessment, interventions, and evidence-based practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement care plans for critically ill patients. 

• Prioritize and assess patient needs. 

• Provide nursing interventions and ensure therapeutic care. 

• Maintain documentation and care standards. 

• Advocate for patient safety and care excellence. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 2+ years in ICU, Med/Surg experience.
