Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Educator 

Location: New Jersey (Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties: 

Job Summary: 
The RN Labor & Delivery Educator will provide training and education to new nurses in the L&D department. The role includes developing training materials, conducting orientation, and ensuring the team is up-to-date with best practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Educate new staff on labor and delivery procedures and policies. 

• Develop and update educational materials for L&D teams. 

• Ensure staff compliance with evidence-based practices. 

• Provide feedback and support to new nurses. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience. 

• Experience in nursing education preferred. 

Education: 

• Required: ASN. 

• Preferred: BSN. 

Required Certifications & Licensure: 

• BLS-AHA, NRP, NJ State RN license. 

• Teaching certifications preferred.
