NJMH - Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Float Pool

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Float Pool 

Location: New Jersey (Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties: 

Job Summary: 
The RN in the Labor & Delivery Float Pool will float between various L&D units based on staffing needs. The role requires flexibility, expertise in L&D, and the ability to adapt quickly to different environments and patient needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Float between L&D, Postpartum, and Triage units as needed. 

• Provide individualized care based on unit assignments. 

• Ensure continuity of care across multiple departments. 

• Perform routine nursing assessments and interventions. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience. 

• Experience in floating between multiple L&D units preferred. 

Education: 

• Required: ASN. 

• Preferred: BSN. 

Required Certifications & Licensure: 

• BLS-AHA, NRP, NJ State RN license.
