Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Surgical Team 

Location: New Jersey (Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties: 

Job Summary: 
The RN on the Labor & Delivery Surgical Team will assist in C-sections and other surgical interventions during childbirth. This role requires skills in sterile techniques, surgical preparation, and post-operative care for both the mother and baby. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in C-sections and other surgical deliveries. 

• Prepare the surgical site and ensure sterile techniques are maintained. 

• Monitor patient status during surgery and post-surgery recovery. 

• Provide post-operative care and education. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience, with surgical nursing experience. 

• Experience in assisting in C-sections. 

Education: 

• Required: ASN. 

• Preferred: BSN. 

Required Certifications & Licensure: 

• BLS-AHA, NRP, NJ State RN license. 

• ACLS and NRP certifications preferred.
