Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Birth Center (L&D) 

Location: New Jersey (Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties: 

Job Summary: 
The RN in the Birth Center will provide care to patients who opt for natural childbirth. This role involves supporting patients through labor and delivery in a low-intervention setting, ensuring safety and comfort. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide patient-centered care for natural births. 

• Monitor labor progress, administer pain relief, and provide emotional support. 

• Facilitate newborn care after delivery. 

• Document all interventions and outcomes. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience with a focus on natural childbirth. 

• Experience in non-medicated delivery preferred. 

Education: 

• Required: ASN. 

• Preferred: BSN. 

Required Certifications & Licensure: 

• BLS-AHA, NRP, NJ State RN license.
