Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) (L&D) 

Location: New Jersey (Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties: 

Job Summary: 
The RN in the NICU will provide critical care to newborns with complications after birth. The role includes managing premature infants, those with birth defects, or infants with medical conditions that require specialized care. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide critical care to neonates in the NICU. 

• Monitor infant vital signs, provide interventions, and document care. 

• Coordinate with pediatricians and neonatologists for complex care needs. 

• Educate parents on newborn care and progress. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience. 

• NICU experience in a labor and delivery setting preferred. 

Education: 

• Required: ASN. 

• Preferred: BSN. 

Required Certifications & Licensure: 

• BLS-AHA, NRP, NJ State RN license. 

• NICU certifications preferred.
