Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - High-Risk Obstetrics (L&D) 

Location: New Jersey (Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties: 

Job Summary: 

The Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in High-Risk Obstetrics will care for patients with high-risk pregnancies during labor and delivery. The RN will manage complex maternal and fetal conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage care for high-risk obstetric patients. 

• Monitor fetal and maternal well-being during labor. 

• Provide interventions for complications during delivery. 

• Collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes. 

• Document all assessments and interventions. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience, with a focus on high-risk obstetrics. 

• Experience with fetal monitoring. 

Education: 

• Required: ASN. 

• Preferred: BSN. 

Required Certifications & Licensure: 

• BLS-AHA, NRP, NJ State RN license. 

• Advanced fetal monitoring certifications preferred
