Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Triage 

Location: New Jersey (Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties: 

Job Summary: 
The RN in Labor & Delivery Triage will be responsible for assessing and managing patients presenting to the labor and delivery unit. The role focuses on triaging labor patients, performing initial assessments, and determining the need for admission or further intervention. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assess patients presenting in labor and delivery triage. 

• Perform initial evaluations and decide if patients should be admitted. 

• Coordinate care with obstetricians and the L&D team. 

• Perform basic labor interventions as needed. 

• Document patient assessments and treatment plans. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of L&D triage experience. 

• EPIC experience preferred. 

Education: 

• Required: ASN. 

• Preferred: BSN. 

Required Certifications & Licensure: 

• BLS-AHA, NRP, NJ State RN license.
