Position: LPN / LVN
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Department: Primary Care & Specialty Services
Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes a 30-minute break)

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
• Active NY LPN License.
• Knowledge of infection control principles, performance improvement, and delegation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support for providers in primary care, vascular surgery, colorectal surgery, pulmonology, and cardiology.
• Assist with patient care and clinical tasks in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are met.
