Registered Nurse - Med Surg - RNMS24-17502

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg CWR
Location: Hackensack, NJ 07601
Schedule: 36 hours/week, 12-hour
Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions, identify needs, and prioritize care through evidence-based assessment.
• Plan, implement, and document individualized care plans for assigned patients.
• Perform nursing interventions that promote recovery and maintain stability for patients with acute or chronic conditions.
• Assist physicians with patient care as necessary.
• Advocate for the use of evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg nursing experience (required).
• 2 years preferred for stronger acute care expertise.

Education:

• ASN (Associate's Degree) required.
• BSN (Bachelor's Degree) is preferred but not required.

Certifications & Licensure:

• RN License (NJ State or Multi-State Compact)
• BLS (AHA)
• NIHSS Certification
• CEU Stroke 4 Hours
