Position: Global Payroll Analyst

Position Overview

Seeking a skilled Global Payroll Analyst to manage payroll operations, ensure accuracy, and collaborate across teams using advanced technical skills and global payroll expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Troubleshoot timesheet issues in S4 Hana.
• Manage payroll using ADP EV6 and/or ADP Global View.
• Utilize eTime for timekeeping and data management.
• Apply advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with HR, employees, managers, accounting, and treasury teams.
• Identify and resolve payroll issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in global payroll operations.
• Expertise in ADP systems (EV6/Global View) and eTime software.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
