Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI GPT Senior Developer to create and optimize advanced AI solutions in an Agile Scrum environment. This role involves leveraging LLM technologies, managing backend systems, and driving innovation through machine learning applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement machine learning systems to enhance business operations.
• Write efficient, maintainable code for scalable AI-driven applications.
• Integrate cloud-based tools for document analysis and large-scale search solutions.
• Collaborate on backend development, database optimization, and security protocols.
• Lead efforts in LLM orchestration, RAG architecture, and prompt engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years of technical experience (4 years can substitute for a degree).
• 6-8 years of experience in application development.
• Expertise in AI/ML models, LLMs, and distributed systems.
• Strong adaptability, teamwork, and ability to excel in dynamic environments.

Technical Skills:

• Core Skills: Python, JavaScript, React.js, Cloud Architecture, LLMs, RAG.
• Additional Expertise:
  • Backend routing (nginx)
  • Database management (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
