Job Title: Software Maintenance and Support Engineer – CCAMS
Duration: 12 Months
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Job Description:
Support and maintain a critical web-based application for managing over 34,600 backflow prevention assemblies, ensuring compliance with water quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform updates, bug fixes, and enhancements in .NET and MS SQL environments.
Conduct QA/QC, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Resolve issues using bug-tracking tools and provide root cause analyses.
Optimize system performance and update technical/user documentation.
Assist with server administration and resolve issues related to OS/security updates.
Provide weekly project updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications (MQs):

MQ1: 6+ years of verifiable experience with Cross Connection Control Program applications, including design, development, QA/QC, and implementation for public utilities.
MQ2: 6+ years of experience in software development using .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, jQuery, and MS SQL.
