Shift: 4x10-hour shifts (Monday-Friday), varied schedule with rotating days off
Duration: 13-Week Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an Endoscopy Technician with expertise in Moderate Sedation and Monitored Anesthesia Care to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role involves working with physicians to provide high-quality care to patients with varying acuities and comorbidities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support during endoscopic procedures.
• Administer Moderate Sedation and Monitored Anesthesia Care, with a focus on Moderate Sedation expertise.
• Operate and manage specialized equipment, including ERBE, clips, and snares.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Document procedures and patient interactions using EPIC (preferred).
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in endoscopic procedures and technical support.
• Proficiency in administering Moderate Sedation and Monitored Anesthesia Care.
• Familiarity with ERBE and a variety of endoscopic instruments.
• Prior experience with EPIC or other electronic medical record systems is preferred.
• Previous travel or float experience is a plus.

On-Call Commitment:

• Two (2) weekends on call during the 13-week contract. A weekend consists of Friday evening, Saturday (all day), and Sunday (7:00 AM–7:00 AM).
• One (1) overnight on call each week.
