Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - PICU
Location: Edison, NJ 08818
Schedule: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, 3 x 12-hour shifts, Every Other Weekend Required, On-call as needed

Job Summary:
The RN in PICU is responsible for patient evaluation, developing and implementing care plans, performing nursing interventions, and coordinating with the healthcare team. Will float to various units as needed, including Adult floors and Mother/Baby.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of clinical pediatric experience
• 2+ years of PICU experience
• BLS-AHA and PALS certifications
• NJ RN License (or multi-state compact)

Duties:

• Float to Mother/Baby, Pediatric ED, and other units as needed
• Act as a resource nurse on other units (no direct assignment)
• Participate in care coordination and provide patient-focused care

Certifications:

• BLS-AHA
• PALS-AHA
• RN License
