Senior Manager - Project & Creative Operations
General Summary & Scope
• Lead project management from kickoff to execution, coordinating resources, timelines, and execution strategies with senior management.
• Serve as the key liaison between Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners.
• Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all channels are aligned.
• Run review meetings, track feedback, and facilitate updates with both internal and external creative teams.
• Maintain external partner communications to ensure strategic alignment and timely execution of deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure smooth processes and adherence to leadership feedback.
• Manage multiple complex projects concurrently across various brand initiatives.
