General Summary & Scope
• Manage project lifecycle, attending kickoff meetings, assessing resources, and driving project progress through internal pipelines.
• Liaise between Creative, Influencer, Strategy, Marketing teams, and external partners to align on project deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple channels.
• Facilitate feedback sessions with creative leads and external partners to ensure project updates meet creative standards.
• Actively manage external communications to ensure alignment with project timelines and strategies.
• Proactively anticipate and address the needs of internal creative teams while ensuring accountability across brand initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, upholding efficient workflows and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
